States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit,
The United States Court of Federal Claims,
The United States Court of Appeals for the
Federal Circuit. Attorneys plead "Motion
to Dismiss" in the courts below and
now I am in The Supreme Court of the United
States, docket 08-6968, Stanley R. Siler
v. Dillingham Ship Repair, et al. Attorneys
waive rights in The Supreme Court of the
United States. I didn't just beat attorneys
and their clients, the attorneys are not
qualified.
Attorneys are so uneducated in the law today.
They do not know what rights they're waiving.
