Stanley R. Siler v. Dillingham Ship Repair, et al.

*** DISTRIBUTED for Conference of January 9, 2009. ***

Stanley R. Siler

I represented myself (Pro se) in more than 40 court cases. I have been in the legal system for about 25 years taking on Dillingham Ship Repair, et al., without counsel, inflicting punishment, with repeated blows. Dillingham Ship Repair, et al., begged for mercy, for what they have done. Dillingham Ship Repair, et al., started this fight and I am going to finish it. I applied my knowledge, expertise, with skills I learned in the legal system, even further, I found out how unethical attorneys and judges act. I put all legal details in my nonfiction book  The Innocent,  which tells about their unscrupulous behavior.

The Innocent

I, Stanley R. Siler, took on Big Corporate Bruisers who yell Frivolous, but do not have the courage to go to court. I instituted legal actions, in The United States District Court of Oregon, Civil No, 06-1693-HA and I’ll stand my ground . . . I had to appeal to protect my rights. I adequately addressed the merits of the appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, No. 07-35413. The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued the Formal Mandate on September 1, 2008.
